Called on a Saturday, and they provided the option to have someone come out on an emergency rate over the weekend, or regular rate on Monday morning. Decided to go with Monday, and they were here before 8:30 am. Not only fixed the issue that was the reason for the call, but I mentioned another issue, which they fixed as well. All in about 45 minutes! Highly recommend!
Another great experience with Artisan Plumbing! I have had Artisan do work for me over the years from small jobs to large and replacing my main sewer line that was busted from lack of builder attention to detail. Most recently for a hose bib that I was worried I would snap off trying to fix. They were prompt, on time, communicative, professional, and very reasonable; which is what I have come to expect from them. Highly recommend for your next plumber needs.
I just can’t say enough good things about this company. First, let me say that they are prompt, professional, courteous and accommodating. Roy came out to fix my hot water heater (Temperature/Pressure Valve went bad and I was losing 30g/hr according to Loudoun Water). Roy evaluated and completed the repair in 30 minutes. He also drained the tank to ensure that the sediment build-up wasn’t causing the T/P valve to fail. Michelle assisted me with my home warranty company to get reimbursed (and the home warranty company is a total pain). Artisan Plumbing will ALWAYS be my go to plumbing company.
Truly a 100% professional plumbing company that met all of our requirements installing all new faucet and shower fixtures, double vanity, toilet and tub. We have been using Artisan for several years now for our plumbing needs. They are always professional and trustworthy. We were so grateful they were able to fit us in to fix a slow draining kitchen pipe. As a woman, I can also say that I have always felt comfortable and safe having them in my home and I can’t say that is always the case with other home contractors. Five stars aren’t enough! Not only did they come out within 24 hours of contacting them, but the two technicians who came were polite, professional and so efficient! They replaced our dying toilet with no problem- bringing the exact model we wanted with them, and unclogged another that mmmmaaaaaaay or may NOT have had a plethora of Q-tips in it…. pricing is fair and worth every penny. We really appreciated how quickly they responded and how there was no attempt to upcharge us or suggest unneeded services or products.
Reliable, honest service providers are hard to find, a treasure to keep and a pleasure to refer! Put them on your provider list- you won’t be sorry.

Their plumbers do not work on a commission, so there is no up-selling and selling fixes that are not necessary. The first time they came out to help us out as a second opinion their fix was significantly less than their competition. They should be your go to plumber.
