Called on a Saturday, and they provided the option to have someone come out on an emergency rate over the weekend, or regular rate on Monday morning. Decided to go with Monday, and they were here before 8:30 am. Not only fixed the issue that was the reason for the call, but I mentioned another issue, which they fixed as well. All in about 45 minutes! Highly recommend!
